Wet Slip Prices
25′ and under – $175/month
Add $5/foot per month, over 25 feet
Water & electricity are available for
all wet slip rentals for an additional $40.00 per month.
Wet Slip renters MUST have working bilge pumps with automatic float switch attached directly to the battery (Not the ignition).
Dry Slip Prices:
25′ and Under:
Top Rack: $155.00 per month. Maximum 21′ , 8′ Height
Middle Rack: $185.00 per month Maximum 26′ , 8′ Height
Bottom Rack: $ 185.00 per month Maximum 32′ , 10′ Height
Over 25′: Add $5.00 per foot

All boats at Anchor Point Marina must carry $300,000 in liability coverage and provide us with updated copies for our records. All new vessels to the marina must be in good working order.
