Marina Lease Rates
Wet Slip Prices
25′ and under – $175/month
Add $5/foot per month, over 25 feet
Water & electricity are available for
all wet slip rentals for an additional $40.00 per month.
Please note: Wet Slip renters MUST have working bilge pumps with automatic float switch attached directly to the battery (Not the ignition).
Dry Slip Prices
(For all boats 25′ and under)
Top Rack: $155.00 per month. Maximum 21′ , 8′ Height
Middle Rack: $185.00 per month Maximum 26′ , 8′ Height
Bottom Rack: $ 185.00 per month Maximum 32′ , 10′ Height
Over 25′: Add $5.00 per foot

Please note: All boats atAnchor Point Marina MUST carry $300,000 in liability coverage and provide us with updated copies for our records.
All new vessels to the marina must be in good working order.
All new boaters to the Marina are subject to check check before a lease can be offered.
